This position will reside in the Finance Transformation team based in the corporate office in Tempe, AZ. The individual in this position will be working closely with various cross-functional business partners to identify value-added or process improvement opportunities. This position will play a key role in the evaluation, implementation and maintenance of digital tools that eliminate, automate, and enable change to the decision-making culture within the organization. The Senior Analyst will be participating in continuous improvement through process re-engineering, process automation, data analytics, and insight initiatives utilizing emerging digital technologies. The candidate will assist with modifying, maintaining, and enhancing policies, procedures, and standards across the organization. We are looking for a candidate with a strong analytical capability and well-developed problem-solving skills, who incorporates the ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations, while also juggling multiple timelines. You will work on projects that give you hands-on experience with IT tools, corporate accounting, project management methodology, business analysis, quality assurance and change management.

• Provide support to the Finance Transformation team through its active role in driving change in Finance.
• Play a key role in accelerating transformation progress and make significant contributions to strategic initiatives, projects, and enhancements.
• Consistently utilize governance process and tools to identify and prioritize value creation opportunities.
• Participate in project meetings and add insight to the decision-making process.
• Lead development and implementation of low to medium complexity business process automation projects/enhancements and participate in high complexity business process automation.
• Develop and modify documented standards while working with automation tools (process mapping, automation software and RPA).
• Document requirements gathering for projects/enhancements utilizing analytical skills to understand and propose solutions to deliver on improved business outcomes.
• Support additional projects/ad hoc requests as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or information technology in business related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years' experience in increasingly challenging financial and/or technical roles.
• Global business environment and large public company experience is preferable.
• High aptitude to learn new concepts while performing tasks with attention to detail.
• Exceptional analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent documentation and communications skills.
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a flexible, fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
• Proven success in SAP, SAP BPC or similar systems preferred.
• Experience using AI, ML, RPA and dashboarding tools.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to support change within the organization.
• Basic accounting experience or at least a demonstrated exposure.
• Ability and willingness to travel as needed. This position is anticipated to travel less than 5% domestically and internationally.
• Semiconductor manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
• An MBA, CPA, CMA or similar advanced degree or certification is a plus.
• Experience applying automation/AI to practical and comprehensive technology solutions is desired.
• Understanding of intermediate to complex level difficulty of accounting practices and processes with 5 years of analytical and project or change management experience or equivalent is preferred.
