This position plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of the office by accurately entering and managing financial records and other essential documents. The ideal candidate will possess excellent computer skills and have a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities:
Enter and manage financial records and essential documents accurately.
Input data from paper documents into digital systems, double-checking entries for accuracy.
Operate office equipment such as scanners and printers.
Organize hard copies of paperwork after electronic entry.
Provide administrative support to paralegals as needed.
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in Data Entry Software: Familiarity with database software, spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel), word processing applications, and other industry-specific software.
