- Position: Machine Shop Supervisor
- Location: Slaughter, Louisiana
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise manual and CNC machinists, ensuring high-quality standards and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate documentation, ensure adherence to company procedures, health & safety policies, and maintain good housekeeping.
- Develop practices to ensure parts conform to quality requirements and improve operating efficiency.
- Manage scheduling, task assignments, maintenance, and inventory control to support workflow.
- Required Experience/Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a machine shop environment.
- Strong computer, interpersonal communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience or willingness to learn basic CNC operations to track and improve productivity.
