Job Description & Requirements
StartDate: 5/28/2024 Available Shifts: 11 D/N/E Pay Rate: $1650.00 - $2100.00
PT needed for days, mostly M-F with flexible hours 0 will toggle times for different days. PT will be seeing patients in our PT clinic located in Craig, Colorado. Looking for a Physical Therapist who is dynamic ready to run and manage their own outpatient clinic who has experience with dry needling, custom orthotics fitting and has great interest in post-operative total joint rehab. RADIUS RULE: Traveler’s perm address must be at least 65 miles away from our facility. Local travelers will not be considered. CO Lic required 5 years experience
