Job Description & RequirementsCertified Respiratory Therapist - (CRT - Peds - Pedi)
StartDate: 7/1/2024 Available Shifts: 8/12 E/N Pay Rate: $1780.88 - $2051.88
RRT/ CRT - adult/pedi needed asap Traveler must have permanent address outside 50 mile radius of Madison (address must be included in traveler's profile. Minimum one year experience as a staff therapist Pediatric experience preferred Traveler must have experience in an Academic Level 1 - Trauma center or similar size hospitalPrior traveler experience highly preferred Licensed as a Respiratory Care Practitioner in the State of Wisconsin required. RRT credentialed by the National Board for Respiratory Care CRT credentialed by the National Board for Respiratory Care RRT credentialed by the National Board for Respiratory Care BLS-must be certified through American Heart Association ONLY Graduate of a Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC) accredited School for Respiratory Care. Needs 2 completed references from recent work environment/assignments (supervisor or manager only for work performed in the last two years) Travelers are the first to float to floors working with children up to 1 year of age and/or based on the traveler's competency skills/experience. The Traveler may have shifts scheduled in multiple units, depending on the current Location: University Hospital, 600 Highland Ave, Madison, WI 53792 Parking: Permit required through UW Transportation.
