Job Description & RequirementsSonographer - Diagnostic - (Sonography - Sono)
StartDate: 7/1/2024 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1458.62 - $1680.59
Ultrsaound Tech needed ASAP Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days, 7a-4p, call required **A.R.D.M.S. or ARRT for sonography **RVT required **BLS required The Ultrasound Technician is a graduate of an accredited AMA school and registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT), maintains a State License as a general radiographer, and/or is a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS). The Ultrasound Technician is responsible for providing timely diagnostic services to both inpatient and outpatients under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: abdominal, pelvic, (gynecological & obstetrical), and transvaginal sonograms. Additionally is proficient at scanning small parts (thyroid, breast & scrotom) along with ultrasound-guided biopsies, drainage, thoracentesis, paracentesis and aspirations.
Required QualificationsState lic not needed
The Ultrasound Technician is a graduate of an accredited AMA school and registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT), maintains a State License as a general radiographer, and/or is a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS).
