Boone Health is seeking an outstanding ED Manager to join their vibrant and dynamic team in the heart of sunny Missouri!Permanent | OnsiteThe Position
  • The ED Manager will be instrumental in overseeing the daily operations of a high-volume, 17-bed unit.
  • Reporting to the Chief Nursing Executive and Executive Director, this leader will oversee a team of approximately 60 FTEs.
  • This manager will collaborate with senior leadership to establish the new Rapid Care plan, implement best practices/standards of care within the unit, and foster relationship-building to drive department growth.
  • Ideal candidates are seasoned and structured leaders who combine firmness with flexibility and demonstrate innovation while remaining process driven.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Active RN license required.
  • A minimum of five years of ER experience, including at least two years in a management role, is required.
