28 beds 110 births/month 1:4 Top 10 Diagnosis/Procedures: Vaginal deliveries, newborns, Post Op care for moms with C/Sections and Pediatric cases, occassionally hysterectomies and tubal ligations Couplet Care Common Equipment: Pulse oximeter, vital signs machines, IV pumps, bili lights
Required QualificationsYears of Experience: 2. Years of Experience: 2.
BLS, NRP, PALS
IV Insertion experience
Pediatric and Mother/Baby exp required - It is imperative the traveler be able to care for low risk pediatric patient independently. We care for post appy's, surgical repairs of fractures, respiratory illness of pediatric patients. The majority of the patient population in the department is couplets (delivered mothers & newborns)
