Interim Adult Endoscopy Manager Needed at a Leading Healthcare Facility in Oklahoma CityThe Position
- This role will report directly to the department director, with a dotted line to the Vice President of Operations. The manager will be responsible for 39 FTEs.
- The interim manager will face the challenge of improving physician relationships and staff morale, managing staffing needs with the addition of travelers, and enhancing survey readiness and compliance with Joint Commission standards. The role will focus on operational excellence, ensuring high levels of patient care and staff performance.
- Ideal candidates will be dynamic, effective communicators with the ability to engage with staff and physicians diplomatically. Experience in managing large teams and navigating complex healthcare settings is crucial.
- Must be available to start within two to three weeks of acceptance.
- BSN required
- Academic medical experience required
- Extensive Manager level experience with advanced/complex endoscopy and gastrointestinal procedures is essential.
