POSITION TITLE: Center Manager - Physical Therapist (VibrantCare Rehab)

LOCATION(S): VibrantCare Rehabilitation – Multiple Outpatient Rehabilitation locations available throughout California

JOB SUMMARY:

The CM PT operates in a dual capacity by performing the functions of both a clinical staff Physical Therapist (80%) as well as a Center Manager (20%) for all staff therapist’s and rehab aides.

• Evaluate, treat, and direct skilled treatment for patients for whom physical therapy is medically necessary.
• Responsible for the management of operations of therapy centers and treatment of a full patient case load. Ensures compliance to all policies and procedures with company set regulatory standards.
• Responsible for center financial performance, sales/marketing to existing and potential center referral sources.
• Conduct accurate and timely Performance Planning & Reviews (PP&R) of center staff with specific focus on achievable development goals.
• Possess skills for legible and accurate writing of reports, charting, scheduling, daily correspondence and presentations, and efficient handling of diagnostic or therapeutic equipment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduation from a physical therapist education program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE)
• Physical Therapist license from the Physical Therapy Board of California
• CPR certification
