Description:
The Senior Specialty Sales Representative will consistently implement tactics as defined by the Marketing and Sales plans with a high level of proficiency. They will consistently deliver effective and balanced sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers with a defined frequency which will lead them to exceed sales goals. In the assigned territory, the Senior Specialty Sales Representative will effectively utilize all marketing and selling materials designed for a respective audience which will result in exceeding sales goals. This individual will consistently plan and organize activities to ensure efficient coverage of the territory according to their strategic and adaptive business planning. Consistent sales growth is expected. Administration of territory information and compliance to reporting and regulatory requirements is imperative. The sphere of influence should expand beyond their territory, impacting the greater egion on an ongoing basis. Active participation in training, conference calls and meetings is required.
