Amo Seafood is Hiring a Restaurant Manager Near New York, NY
Amo Seafood is an authentic Italian Seafood Restaurant coming up in NYC from the owners of RIbalta Restaurant.
We are seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager who is passionate about service and hospitality to join our team!
This position offers a comprehensive package including:
- A Base Salary Range of $85,000- $110,000
- Quarterly Bonus Program
- Paid Vacation and Sick Time
- Dining Discounts
- Opportunity for Career Advancement and Professional Growth
Desired Qualifications:
- 2 years of restaurant management experience
- Ability to maintain and train steps of services through the restaurant's hourly team while adding informative training opportunities when applicable
- Strong food, wine, and beverage knowledge; especially as it pertains to Italian Cuisine
- Strong computer and accounting knowledge including Word, Excel, scheduling software, Open Table/Resy, Payroll System
- Experience leading a team through a busy service
- Proficency in Italian Langauge is preferred, but not required
