Commercial Director
Amotec is actively seeking a strategic and results-oriented Commercial Director for an industrial manufacturing partner located in Northeast, OH.
The Commercial Director, reporting to the President, is responsible for playing a vital role in strategically driving the marketing and sales teams to grow the business. Our client offers a competitive base salary along with an annual bonus, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and life insurance.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage sales networks, manufacturers reps and the internal team
- Conduct market analysis and develop go-to-market strategies
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve KPIs and metrics
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers and identify new business opportunities
- Develop commercial growth strategies and lead operations from new business quoting through sale order entry
The Ideal Candidate will have:
- BS in Engineering, Business or other related field
- 8 years of experience leading high performing marketing and sales teams
- Must have strategic commercial B2B sales/ marketing acumen and M&A experience
- Heavy industrial manufacturing experience required – heat treat knowledge is preferred
- Ability to travel up to 50%
