Key Responsibilities:

• Operate multiple CNC machines for milling, boring, grooving, chamfering, and facing operations.
• Follow detailed drawings and manufacturing orders to ensure precision and accuracy.
• Load and unload fixtures with efficiency.
• Obtain first-piece inspection approval to maintain high-quality standards.
• Utilize tools such as scales, calipers, micrometers, and depth gauges to verify work.
• Safely use material handling equipment to move materials as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent is required. Additional training, experience, or formal education is a plus.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing is essential.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to make informed decisions.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and meet operational deadlines.
• Self-motivated, safety and quality-conscious, able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Capable of heavy lifting (50 lbs); experience as a lift truck operator is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
