Amotec is engaged in a search for an Electrical Engineer for our client! Located 30 minutes outside of Harrisburg, PA our client is a leading manufacturer experiencing rapid growth! This global organization is recognized for its innovative solutions and commitment to excellence, and is seeking a talented professional to join their dynamic team. The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for all CapEx installation projects and ensuring project deadlines are met by all engineering departments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead capital project initiatives on plant equipment and automation systems
- Develop electrical engineering specifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support all aspects of the electrical engineering process
- Support various manufacturing sites on plant and capital projects
- Work hands on with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure project deadlines are met
- Must be able to handle multiple projects and report projects to senior leadership
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Strong data analytics/Process Engineering/or Validation background
- Must have project management background
- Minimum of [2] years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and PLC’s; Allen Bradley preferred
