Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Junior Staff Accountant located on-site in Kendall, FL. This role will be responsible for day-to-day financial tasks, including accounts payables and receivables, daily bank processing, bank reconciliations, expensing freight transactions, and assisting in month-end close processes. The role also actively in general ledger maintenance, preparing journal entries, and maintaining account controls used for our sales team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency and knowledge in Microsoft Excel
• Experienced in day-to-day accounting duties and responsibilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the aviation industry is a plus
