Responsibilities (include But Not Limited To)

• Codes, inputs, and processes account receivables accurately and timely.
• Assists properties with delinquency and collections with calls, emails, and/or letters as needed.
• Coordinates with legal team and prepares any necessary documents for filing in court.
• Prepares any financial reports and correspondence timely and accurately.
• Assists as needed with the Accounts Payable and Leasing Renewal departments.
• Assists Regional Managers, Property Managers and Corporate staff in preparation of monthly financial reports and explanation of budget variances, as well as with preparing management plans, vendor contracts, and budgets.
• Performs other duties as directed.
• 1 year of leadership experience in property management, retail, hospitality, or related field required.
• 1 year experience in an Account Receivable Manager role in property management, retail, hospitality, or related is preferred.

• Ability to interact with employees and customers in a professional manner.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work will within a team setting.
• Ability to create relationships and partnerships with businesses and employers in the market.
• Customer focused mindset with strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Property Management Software system(s). Entrata preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Valid Driver's License with Auto Insurance.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Successfully pass drug screening and criminal background check.
• Computer proficiency and knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
