Description: Hybrid Schedule- One week onsite, one week remote
- As the Identity Management Administrator, your primary role revolves around maintaining, improving, and overseeing the client's identity and access management (IAM) systems.
- This encompasses a comprehensive suite of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the security, efficiency, and operational integrity of systems such as Active Directory, Azure/Entra AD, Okta, RSA, and AWS IAM.
- Manage and maintain Active Directory, Azure/Entra AD, Okta, CyberArk, RSA and AWS IAM services.
- Develop and implement policies for identity and access management.
- Automate repetitive tasks and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor system performance, conduct regular audits, and provide reports.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate identity management solutions.
- Respond to and resolve identity and access related incidents and requests.
- Stay current with the latest in identity management technologies and security practices.
- Provide 3rd level support for internal customers and supporting teams.
Must Have Skills
- Automation - capable of automating routine tasks and processes within the identity management environment
- Identity and Access Management (IAM) Administration - The administrator must be adept at configuring and maintaining these systems to meet security and operational requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to address complex issues related to IAM systems and protocols.
