Quick description of the role or project story (What this role will be doing):
As the Identity Management Administrator, your primary role revolves around maintaining, improving, and overseeing the client's identity and access management (IAM) systems. This encompasses a comprehensive suite of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the security, efficiency, and operational integrity of systems such as Active Directory, Azure/Entra AD, Okta, RSA, and AWS IAM.
Manage and maintain Active Directory, Azure/Entra AD, Okta, CyberArk, RSA and AWS IAM services.
Develop and implement policies for identity and access management.
Automate repetitive tasks and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Monitor system performance, conduct regular audits, and provide reports.
Collaborate with IT teams to integrate identity management solutions.
Respond to and resolve identity and access related incidents and requests.
Stay current with the latest in identity management technologies and security practices.
Provide 3rd level support for internal customers and supporting teams.

1. Automation - capable of automating routine tasks and processes within the identity management environment
2. Identity and Access Management (IAM) Administration - The administrator must be adept at configuring and maintaining these systems to meet security and operational requirements.
3. Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to address complex issues related to IAM systems and protocols.
