Educational RequirementsBachelors degree in organizational and/or leadership development, business administration, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.
General Knowledge, Skills & Abilities" Must be certified to create, teach, and implement the following initiatives:
" Process improvement, total quality management applications
" Psychological and behavioral assessment instruments
" Performance management processes and models
" Management coaching processes
" Instructional design and adult learning theory
" In addition, the incumbent must have significant expertise in facilitating adult learning and group dynamics; In-depth formal assessment processes, consulting services, and I measurement practices; and outstanding interpersonal skills. The incumbent must possess a thorough understanding of current human resource law and practice.
