This position is for a frontline therapeutic specialist who will be responsible for engaging healthcare professionals across all therapeutic areas in rich clinical dialogue by responding to unsolicited medical inquiries.

Responsibilities also include compliance intake / reporting by identifying and documenting adverse event and / or product quality complaint(s).

Specialist may interact with business partners external to the MISE.

Skillsets for this position include : the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, to work in both a team setting and as an individual contributor, and to provide excellent customer service

PharmD required. Previous experience as a registered pharmacist in the community, hospital, or industry settings is preferable.

At the start, the position will be days in office while training; then Hybrid - days in office, days remote. Occasional holiday support needed.
