Operating Effectiveness Project ManagerThis position is for a W-2 employee only. Staffing company candidates and independent contractors will not be considered. All work under this opportunity will be performed in the United States.Location: Fully Remote
Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Duties

Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Duties
- Provide expert content and professional leadership on complex Operating Effectiveness assignments and projects.
- Identify and facilitate process design changes and execute process improvement initiatives.
- Lead and manage cross-functional process improvement projects.
- Update project status to area leaders and business leadership.
- Analyze and measure the effectiveness of existing business processes and develop sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable business process improvements.
- Research best business practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data.
- Recommend solutions and best practices.
- Collect and analyze process data to initiate, develop, and recommend business practices and procedures focused on enhanced safety, increased productivity, and reduced costs.
- Determine how new information technologies can support reengineering business processes.
- May specialize in areas such as benchmarking, business process analysis and reengineering, change management and measurement, or process-driven systems requirements.
- Exercise considerable creativity, foresight, and judgment in conceiving, planning, and delivering initiatives.
- Use deep professional knowledge and acumen to advise functional leaders.
- Provide thought leadership within Operating Effectiveness while working on broader projects that require an understanding of wider business contexts.
- Be recognized internally as a subject matter expert.
- Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Office; experience with Clarity, Tableau, and Oracle Financial systems.
- Proven experience managing fast-paced, high-volume transactional work.
- Ability to break down complex projects and ideas into requirements, facilitating communication between business teams and technical teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with team members and partners at all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to track and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong bias for action with resiliency and flexibility.
- At least 5 years of Project Management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Green Belt or higher
- PMP certification preferred.
