- Operate communication systems, such as telephone and switchboard
- Answer incoming calls, greeting callers, providing information, transferring calls and/or taking messages as necessary
- Route emergency calls appropriately
- Relay and route written and verbal messages
- Contact security staff members when necessary
- Possess strong written and oral communication skills
- Exhibits exceptional Customer Service skills
- Applies basic production, operational, administrative skills in procedures, techniques and/or equipment
- Follows written or verbal instructions or procedures
- Can apply knowledge to handle routine problems but often seeks guidance with unfamiliar situations
- Routinely performs work of limited scope and authority to make decisions that instructions and procedures will allow
