- Years of Experience Required - 2 overall years of experience in the field.
- Degrees or certifications required - Bachelor's degree is required to be eligible for this role.
- Disqualifiers - Resumes with job hopping, certain industry mismatches, and poor grammar will not be eligible for this role.
- Best vs. Average - The ideal resume would have prior experience in this type of role.
- Performance Indicators - Performance will be assessed based on meeting deadlines and quality of work.
- 2 years experience with Project management methodologies and tools.
- 2 years experience with technical writing and documentation.
- 2 years experience with data analysis and reporting.
- 2 years experience with strong communication and collaboration.
- Expected Dates - Hard skills assessments will be scheduled as soon as possible.
- ssessment Process - The assessment process will include a panel including the sponsor and 2 other colleagues.
