- Quick description of the role or project story (What this role will be doing):
- Lead both on-boarding and enhancement projects for the client Salesforce Center of Excellence. Sr Business Systems Analyst will help to ensure that both IT and Salesforce best practices are followed, while working collaboratively across all IT development, infrastructure and business teams. Enterprise Risk Management requirements are met, while working collaboratively with the IT infrastructure team and application architects for application deployment and maintenance.
Role is established in the Information Technology function. Develops and maintains credibility, and effective working relations, with both user and IT personnel.
Demonstrates to clients an understanding of business problems, IT strategies, issues, and priorities.
Participates in less complex technical studies to evaluate business requirements, and recommends solutions.
Works with an individual business unit on multiple concurrent project assignments.
Translates business requirements into technical specifications for contract/offshore resources and monitors progress.

- Experience leading projects (Client uses modified waterfall methodology but we can discuss Agile)
- Able to run multiple projects at once
- Communicates/Collaborates with business partners and COE
- What are the top “nice to have” skill sets? Project Management skills and Salesforce knowledge
- What soft skill requirements do you have (team fit and personality requirements)? Excellent communicator - this position works with individuals with varying technical abilities and across the client footprint including Offshore resources.
- What education and certifications/licensures are required? College degree or equivalent experience
- Are there any specific companies/industries or ideal background you’d like to see in the candidate’s experience? Any experience with Salesforce cloud products and/or utility related experience
- Would candidate be eligible for mileage reimbursement? No
- Will the candidate be driving a vehicle on behalf of *** or a *** vehicle? No
- Will this candidate be dealing with Private Personal Information (PPI), Company Sensitive Information or Credit Sensitive Information? Yes
