Job Title: Barista

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious loaded tea beverages and protein shakes providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks in accordance with company recipes
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Follow food safety standards and procedures
- Assist in food preparation as needed
- Provide outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Utilize POS system for order processing

Skills:
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Experience with POS or similar Point of Sale systems
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn about different coffee varieties
- Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately
- Understanding of retail math concepts
- Previous experience in the food industry is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

• Guest services: 1 year (Preferred)
• Barista experience: 1 year (Preferred)
