Job Summary:
Responsible for operating the Quality Management System (QMS), writing procedures and processes to support the QMS development. Lead and undertake audits across all areas of the business as well as across the supply chain. Provide training and champion the Quality Management System. 

Essential Functions:

• Provide support for the development and maintenance of quality programs, quality management system, processes and procedures that ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements
• Ensure performance and quality of services conform to established internal and external standards and guidelines
• Work directly with other departments to provide process analyses oversight on a continuing basis to ensure processes and procedures are followed
• Support internal and external audits
• Conduct containment, investigations into the root cause of findings utilizing appropriate Quality tools for effective corrective actions
• Support in completing external self-audit forms, surveys, and assessments from customers or regulatory entities
• Support quality assurance programs and policies are maintained and modified regularly
• Manage the FOD program with 5S Audits
• Assist in the planning and implementation of quality-related continuous improvement
• Facilitate document management and control

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• Knowledge and understanding of AS9100
• Internal / external auditing experience
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
