Position Summary : Sales Coordinator

We are currently seeking an Sales Coordinator to join our team in Nashua, NH.

Responsibilities :

  • Directly supporting several function departments working within multiple business units
  • The functions include engineering, marketing and sales
  • Support travel needs
  • Booking flights, hotels and ground transportation
  • Supporting expense reports as needed
  • International sales meeting planning and management
  • Venue selection (working with venue directly)
  • Budget / Cost analysis
  • Plan team building events
  • Handle correspondence and promotional material
  • Internal training and customer visit logistic support
  • Venue selection
  • Coordinating related presentations
  • Handle correspondence and meeting materials
  • General meeting support
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the Nashua, NH office with various administrative tasks as needed
  • Purchase supplies
  • On-site event planning

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience supporting high-level executives
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
  • Exemplary planning, time management and analytical skills
  • Ability to professionally interface with all levels of employees in the company
  • Intermediate to advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
