About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Senior Product Manager for a consulting engagement with a prestigious pharmaceutical client. This role demands a strategic thinker with extensive experience in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and expertise in defining and implementing cloud-based platforms. As a consultant, you will lead a transformative project, driving innovation and ensuring the delivery of exceptional solutions that meet the client’s business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement and Strategy:
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the client’s business, goals, and challenges in the pharmaceutical manufacturing domain.
• Lead the product discovery process to identify high-impact opportunities, leveraging customer insights, market research, and data analysis.
• Define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the client’s objectives and addresses unmet needs.
• Ensure alignment with the project’s high-level objectives, including rapid market release, superior user experience, multi-cloud deployment, and cost-efficiency.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of defining and launching successful cloud-based platforms.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with a focus on influencing and driving consensus across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
