Role: Product Owner/Scrum Master

Location: Cincinnati , OH-Onsite

Job Description:

Looking for an onsite Product Owner/Scrum Master for a large modernization project. The role is responsible for working with product managers to help define the product as well as run the scrum team consisting of developers, Quality engineers and UI/UX designer. You will be working closely with a cross-functional team on a new initiative targeted at modernizing a business critical application over the next 4 years

Required Skills:

• 5 years experience in Product Management

• Previous experience in supply chain, freight management, or 3PL

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skill

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills

• Be able to work in a hybrid environment with 3-4 days in the office

• Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
