Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Specialist to join our team; this role is crucial in driving our online sales and brand presence to new heights. The ideal candidate will scrappy and hungry with a proven track record of successfully growing brands in the aftermarket and e-commerce space. In this very hands-on and pivotal role, you will be responsible for brand presence across e-commerce platforms, online customer experience, and managing the overall P&L of our e-commerce sales channel. You will be a key influencer regarding channel competitive positioning and pricing, allowing all our channel partners who promote via their own online channels and direct sales partners to work and live harmoniously. Opportunity for high sales commissions/bonuses.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic e-commerce initiatives for our EVSE (electric vehicle charging systems) product line to drive sales and expand our online presence.
  • Manage and optimize online product listings across various platforms to ensure accuracy and maximize visibility.
  • Forecast sales growth and opportunities, monitor and analyze key metrics and trends to identify opportunities for increasing growth.
  • Implement and govern strategies to identify and mitigate unauthorized sellers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, engineering) to execute campaigns and promotions that align with overall business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to optimize our e-commerce strategy.
  • Identify and implement improvements to the online shopping experience to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to make recommendations for improving conversion rates and increasing average order value.
  • Oversee marketplace operations and partnerships to maximize revenue and ensure compliance with platform requirements.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of competitive landscape and market dynamics to proactively identify challenges and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of e-commerce experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in overseeing profit and loss (P&L), showcasing the ability to effectively manage financial performance.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision making.
  • Proven experience using online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Shopify) to drive sales, and familiarity with platform-specific best practices.
  • Results-oriented with a proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to communicate and articulate to management and the organization progress and achievements utilizing and defining KPI’s, charts and graphics.
  • Solid understanding of web design and web analysis.
  • Proven track record creating and executing SEO/SEM strategy that can position a product and brand via digital and other marketing tactics.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate attitude for e-commerce and staying current with industry trends and developments.
