Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to spearhead the marketing efforts for our EV Charging and Industrial Charging business units. In this pivotal role, you will develop and implement strategic marketing plans, manage brand identity, conduct market research, and lead comprehensive marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and implementing marketing strategies: You will create comprehensive marketing plans for EV charging and Industrial Charging, including identifying target audiences, setting marketing objectives, and determining the most effective marketing channels.
  2. Brand management: You will maintain and enhance both business units' brand image and reputation. This includes ensuring consistent messaging, visual identity, and brand positioning across all marketing materials and channels.
  3. Market research and analysis: You will conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends in the EV charging and Industrial Charging industries. This information will inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
  4. Campaign planning and execution: You will develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the products and services of both business units. This includes creating compelling content, managing advertising and promotional activities, and measuring campaign effectiveness.
  5. Digital marketing: You will oversee the digital marketing efforts for both business units, including website management, social media marketing, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO). You will also track and analyze digital marketing metrics to optimize performance.
  6. Collaboration with cross-functional teams: You will work closely with sales, product development, and other teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. This includes marketing support for product launches, sales initiatives, and other business activities.
  7. Budget management: You will manage the marketing budget for both business units, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently to achieve marketing objectives.
  8. Performance tracking and reporting: You will monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI. You will provide regular reports and insights to management to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns.
