AMR Resources LLC is Hiring an Alarm Technician Near Kansas, MO

 

Multiband Global Services is hiring for an exciting opportunity providing a high-quality customer service experience for a global brand deploying home security installation and repair solutions! 

The Alarm Installation Technician will work both inside and outside the home and is responsible for the installation, service, and customer experience of the new home security system. This individual should be customer focused and committed to ensuring the highest degree of end-user satisfaction, as well as being well versed in the fundamentals of residential customer wiring and installation. In addition, they serve as a customer resource for product and service recommendations that meet the customers’ needs for home comfort, convenience and security. Requires installation of home automation and security systems. This may include the installation of thermostats and cameras. 

Responsibilities

  • Installation and termination security equipment, coax cable and Cat5e cable
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Identifying and recommending additional equipment and services based on customer needs
  • Educating customer about ordered services
  • Verification of service
  • Proficiency in low voltage cable installation techniques
  • Working knowledge of tools used in alarm industries
  • Basic knowledge of routers and home networking
  • Inventory management and accuracy 

 Job Requirements: 

  • Must possess a strong commitment to customer service and an enthusiastic demeanor
  • Must have more than 1-year alarm installation experience
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED certificate
  • Must be able to work flexible hours with the understanding that workdays can be In excess of normal hours and some weekend and holiday work may be required
  • Must have a valid Driver’s license 
  • Must be able to pass a criminal and DMV background check
