  SHIFT
  Day Shift – 8AM – 4:30PM

• The Physical Inspection Technician reports directly to the area Supervisor.
• Run CMM Machines
• Operates multiple machines simultaneously.
• Monitors the process and outputs to ensure part quality.
• Completes work orders, inspection documentation, and daily preventative maintenance sheets.
• Promote health and safety of self and co-workers.
• Support quality and compliance by adhering to all procedures, work instructions, and forms per the AS9100 Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Completes all required training.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Operating machinery from a standing position
• Constantly positions self to operate machinery in a variety of configurations.
• Constantly visually inspect parts
• Occasionally lifts and/or moves up to 30 pounds
