We are a fast growing and collegial real estate development company based in Fort Lee, NJ and are looking for an experienced Property Accountant / Bookkeepr to join our team. The Property Accountant would report directly to the Controller and be a key member of the finance team with room for growth.

Responsibilities:

Journal entries

General Ledger

Assist with month-end closing

Bank reconciliations

Accounts receivable

Accounts payable

Close attention to detail and excellent multitasking skills

Maintain and reconcile tenant subledgers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 per year
