Located in our beautiful Woodridge, IL facility, the Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring both AMS and our clients remain in compliance with code required inspections/testing. The goal is to manage compliance to ensure timely completion/reporting so that no client receives AHJ notice that their building is not in compliance.

Another critical part of this role is to manage contract compliance to ensure that other non-code required testing is completed, concerns are followed up and reports are delivered timely.

General Responsibilities:

• Manage compliance related to Plumbing & Life Safety Acceptance, Inspection and Deficiency Repair Reports and Documentation

*Fire Pumps

*Sprinkler Systems

*Fire Alarms

*Smoke Towers

*RPZ (Backflow devices)

• Coordinate City of Chicago witnessed testing and inspection
• Manage compliance requirements for UL sprinkler head testing.
• Monitor and maintain compliance engines.
• Collaborate with the Safety Group to monitor and maintain compliance with specific safety certifications
• Maintain a database of client specific safety certification requirements.
• Monitor Eddy Current, Oil Analysis, Vibration Analysis and Water Treatment contract required testing intervals, schedule interval testing/inspection, track reporting, review reports, escalate reports as needed to internal resources, send reports to clients.
• Monitor toxic gas detection contract required interval testing, schedule testing, track reports, escalate reports as needed to internal resources, send reports to clients.
• Other duties as assigned.
