Responsibilities

• Working Monday to Friday (7-4) in the office with a 3rd person weekend rotation
• After hours / on-call duties
• Monitoring shipments in a cost-effective, timely, and productive manner
• Regularly communicating with customers to understand their needs
• Promptly resolving issues with strong problem-solving skills
• Daily work in Excel, Word, Adobe & Office Databases
• Working with team members to achieve daily, weekly and monthly goals.
• Effectively managing your time by prioritizing urgent tasks

Working Conditions

Office Environment. Possible attendance at industry events and social functions

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit for extended periods of time. Ability to work for extended periods of

time both during and outside normal business hours. Ability to multi-task and work under high levels of stress.
