This position involves managing the quality assurance (QA) processes and leading QA teams to deliver exceptional results. The QA Project Manager will leverage their solid experience in automation to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee QA projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and operations.
• Automation Leadership: Design, develop, and implement automated testing frameworks and scripts to improve the efficiency and coverage of testing processes. Ensure that automation is integrated into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance on best practices in testing methodologies, tools, and processes. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
• Quality Assurance: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing. Ensure that all defects are documented, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner.
• Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders to define QA objectives and deliverables. Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a QA Project Manager with a strong background in QA automation.
• Expertise in automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
• Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource management.
