We are hiring a Desktop Administrator to join our team in any of our AMT offices or Remotely.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the installation of all desktop computers and applications.
• Document and manage the asset management system repairs and maintain computer and other hardware assigned.
• Maintain and install computer applications and support users within the organization
• Provide support within Helpdesk with support tickets and calls
• Provide technical support to all users from various departments
• Work with IT team on software testing, deployment, and implementation

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree (Minimum) or equivalent education / experience
• 2 to 5 Years of ACEC Industry experience
• Working of Autodesk, Bentley, and ESRI applications
• Excellent communication skills and technical expertise
