Accounting/Manager

--company is about 500m in sales and growing

--onsite 5 days a week

--company is a Distribution firm

--need someone with distribution experience

--Consolidated reporting, participate in budget management, financial analysis, forecasting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting private equity firm

- Compliance reporting for term notes and ABL (Banking)

- Involved with Month end closing

- Participate in year end financial audits

--will manage 3 direct reports [ 1 A/R and 2 A/P ]

--SOMEONE WITH 10 YRS exp. –should have exp. In a distribution firm

- Reports to Controller

--must be hands on

--must have a 4 yr. degree in accounting

Position Overview:

• Oversee all financial and accounting

• Responsible for budget management, financial analysis, payroll, forecasting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting

• Reports into the CFO

• Location: New Brunswick NJ

• Salary $90-100k
