Organizational Change Lead:

Basking Ridge, NJ

This person needs to be well spoken and highly educated in the medical affairs area.

Must have medical. affairs experience.

We consider the role a bit higher than just communications so calling it more of a Organizational Change Lead:

• Ensures the company is adequately prepared to adapt to the change, such as integrating new or revised processes and/or technology into their roles

• Leads the organizational change management (OCM) efforts, which includes project and stakeholder assessment activities, readiness analysis, communications planning and execution, OCM coaching/training, and coordinating system/process training with OCM:

• Collaborates with business leadership to identify all stakeholders and identify the various levels of influence, impact, and change readiness of each (stakeholder analysis)

• Plans out and conduct (along with business leaders) various OCM interactions with stakeholders over the course of the project to build their awareness of the change, create desire in the future state, and ensure they receive the knowledge needed to gain the ability to change.

• Oversees the development of a robust communications plan that targets the stakeholder audiences with key messages during and after the project to reinforce the change needed.

• Educates the project team members on change management techniques and provide coaching and support to the project leadership and business stakeholders to assist with implementing resistance mitigation strategies.

• Collaborates with training leads (vendors or internal) to ensure training activities cover or highlight specific areas that will influence OCM objectives

• Develops, educates and leads a network of change advocates (if needed for project -- depends on size and scope) to serve as OCM surrogates within their functions.
