Our client is searching for a highly motivated Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to join our dynamic team in Philadelphia, PA. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to elevate patient care through specialized pharmaceutical services, collaboration with leadership, and ongoing education initiatives.

What You'll Do:

• Provide specialized pharmaceutical services to optimize medication use and patient outcomes
• Collaborate with pharmacy leadership to develop and implement training programs for pharmacists in your area of expertise
• Evaluate medication use and participate in formulary review for medications within your specialty
• Present findings and recommendations to the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee

What We're Looking For:

• Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD) or a combination of relevant experience and qualifications may be considered
• Completion of a pharmacy residency program (required)
• Active Pennsylvania (PA) Pharmacy License (obtainable within 90 days of hire)
• Strong clinical knowledge and a passion for patient care
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
