Marketing Content Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Marketing Content Coordinator to help the marketing and business development team execute various strategic content marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a skilled writer with an eye for detail, and will have experience with content marketing strategies. This job is for you if you are willing to learn, take on new tasks, be a self-starter, collaborate with team members, write and communicate in a clear and concise manner, prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment and like having a variety of projects.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Works with Digital Marketing Specialist and Business Development & Marketing Content Specialist
• Assist with the creation, design, and management of the firm’s content marketing calendar, social media graphics, and other digital and print materials as requested
• Write, edit, and proofread copy to ensure clarity, coherence, and brand consistency for both external audiences and internal communications across, blogs, social media content, email marketing, the firm website and press releases.
• Contribute, develop, and execute comprehensive content marketing strategies across multiple practice group areas, communication channels, and design mediums.
• Manage, schedule, and design posts using social media management tools and send email campaigns using email marketing platforms.
• Collaborate with other members of the Marketing and Business Development team to assist in SEO-friendly content such as for the website, landing pages, emails, videos, etc.
• Other responsibilities as necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Communications
• 2-4 years of experience working in content marketing, digital marketing or legal marketing. Experience in the legal field is a plus, but not required.
• Proven experience in writing/content creation – please provide samples.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including copywriting and editing skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Office 365 cloud software.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
