Experience: Need Heavy Civil / CalTran Experience

Project Experience Size: $15M

5 Years experience overseeing paving, asphalt projects

3 Years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar role

- Highway and Bridge work

- Must be willing to work days, nights, and weekends as needed

- Knowledge of construction site equipment operation and maintenance requirements

- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret standards and contract specific plans and specifications

- Proven ability to manage difficult schedules and project demands while adhering to project safety program

- Ability to effectively and professionally communicate via verbal and written communications

- Moderate level of computer skills in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and HCSS

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Mathematical proficiency as it relates work requirements

- Valid Driver's License.

- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

WONT BE CONSIDERED IF:

- Less than 3 years as a construction superintendent or in a similar role

- No experience in Highway / CalTrans work

- No experience with a heavy civil contractor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
