Job Title : Team Leader Manufacturing (Day Shift)

What do we need :

We are seeking a Team Leader to join our Heat Treatment and milling team. This person will work on a four-day rotational schedule every 10 weeks from Monday Thursday to Wednesday Saturday from 4 am 4 : 30 pm, with the fourth being an 8-hour day every other week for an average of 40 hours.

Shift flexibility will be an expectation for this role.

What’s special about this team :

The Quincy Plant is responsible for extracting and concentrating nutrients for our Nutrilite Brand. The Heat Treatment and Milling Work Centers currently run 24 hours a day, 6 days a week, requiring the Technicians to work 3-12 ½ hour shifts.

The schedule will rotate every 10 weeks from the front half of the week to the back half of the week.

As the Team Leader, you will oversee the day-to-day work of your manufacturing team, support plant initiatives and processes, and focus on raising the bar to the next level of optimization.

In addition to leading your group, you will work on future growth opportunities for the operation. This multi-functional role will support training, motivation, and feedback to team members.

You will be responsible for shift assignments, staffing, maintaining performance standards, conducting performance reviews, and setting the example for modeling team behaviors.

Required qualifications :

• 1 year’s experience minimally in manufacturing management
• Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor, provide feedback, and handle conflict management
• Associate Degree or equivalent experience

Skills to be successful in the role :

• Prior experience in food, dietary supplement, or drug production environment
• Prior experience leading a project or making a positive impact on a business result
• Ability to work with cross-functional partners
• Proficient with MS Office, and having the ability to pick up ERP systems, including JDE and dcLink
