What’s special about this team: The Product Quality Assurance team is essential to
ensuring products of high quality reach our customers. The Quality Engineers within this team pro-
actively identify and resolve quality concerns, and address known quality concerns through identification
and implementation of corrective and preventative actions. Additionally, the Quality Engineers conduct
process, equipment, cleaning and santization validations to ensure foundational systems are performing
optimally to aid in consistently producing quality products.
How would an intern contribute to the team’s success: An intern within the Product
Quality Assurance team would be given responsibility of a real-life quality or validation situation to
investigate and resolve to aid in our ability to deliver quality products to the customer
An example of a typical project would be: Quality focused continuous improvement
project that involves cross functional collaboration between manufacturing, research and development
teams to create or improve a process.
