We are currently seeking a dedicated Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. Client Interaction: Provide superior customer service by helping clients with policy inquiries and requests.
Policy Management: Assist clients in understanding their insurance coverage, making changes, and renewing policies.
Claims Support: Guide clients through the claims process, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy updates, and service requests.
Communication: Keep clients informed about industry updates, policy changes, and new offerings.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
