As our Construction Project Manager, you'll earn a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $105,000 per year , based on experience. But that's not all! HOW YOU'LL DRIVE SUCCESS:
As our Construction Project Manager, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. You'll work closely with our sales and estimator teams to thoroughly review upcoming projects, ensuring alignment with specifications, scope, materials, subcontractors, and budget. From there, you'll determine needed resources, coordinate the ordering and delivery of equipment and materials, and develop project schedules using BuilderTrend. Supervising field employees, maintaining project documentation, and monitoring progress and workmanship are all part of your day-to-day responsibilities. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will ensure the successful completion of each project!
You will work a full-time Monday through Thursday schedule, with shifts between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
  • 3 years of experience in a project management role
  • In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
  • Familiarity with construction management software, such as BuilderTrend
  • Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Outstanding communication and training skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • A team player with a positive attitude and leadership abilities
