The role of the Business Analyst Lead is crucial in overseeing the definition and optimization of imaging workflows within our healthcare organization.
With a focus on workflow analysis, test plan development, and integration of imaging systems, this role ensures a seamless transition to a new PACS system over the next eight years.
The Business Analyst Lead will be responsible for gathering comprehensive requirements, creating detailed test plans, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders. Their expertise will drive the alignment of current and new workflows, optimizing efficiency and enhancing clinical operations across client locations
Key Profile:
Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on healthcare systems integration, particularly imaging technology (RIS, CVIS, PACS).
Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills with a deep understanding of workflow analysis, test plan creation, and requirements gathering. Proficiency in healthcare systems and imaging technology is essential. Key
Responsibilities:
1. Workflow Definition and Analysis: The BA Lead will define and analyze current and new workflows related to imaging systems, ensuring a thorough understanding of existing processes and identifying areas for improvement. This includes documenting workflows used by clients and aligning them with the new system capabilities.
2. Requirements Gathering: Govern and direct the effort to gather comprehensive requirements for workflow integration of imaging systems. This includes understanding current and future workflow needs and ensuring they are documented and communicated effectively.
3. Test Plan Creation and Execution: Develop and execute detailed test plans to ensure that all workflows are accurately integrated and function as expected in the new system. This includes defining test scenarios, coordinating testing activities, and validating that the new system meets performance and reliability standards.
4. Workflow Optimization: Identify opportunities for optimizing current workflows and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. This includes recommending process improvements and best practices for workflow management in imaging systems.
5. Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for all workflow-related matters in imaging system integration. Facilitate clear communication between technical teams, clinicians, and stakeholders while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
