Our award-winning theme park is seeking a Park Recruiter who owns interviewing and hiring events and scheduling throughout the full recruitment lifecycle, as well as the tracking of these stages. This position serves as the front line first contact for all new staff and works as a partner with internal departments to help meet staffing needs. This position is in Gatlinburg, Tennessee and reports directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager with the goal in mind of helping to make Anakeesta the employer of choice!

Responsibilities

• Develop, facilitate and implement all phases of recruitment process
• Manage interview scheduling
• Conduct interviews and phone screenings
• Communicate and set clear job expectations for candidates
• Record candidate activity and pull metrics on requested roles
• Facilitate offer letters
• Create and deliver instruction for new hire orientation
• Assist HR team with park tours
• Present benefits/compensation information to applicants/candidates
• Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting partners
• Attending and/or coordinating job fairs
• Maintains and ensures compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Collaborates with the manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
• Identify/source new seasonal hiring opportunities
• Use ATS system
• Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in various levels of full-cycle recruiting and hiring
• Strong applicant tracking/ATS skills and high-volume seasonal staffing is preferred
• Experience in international recruitment/J-1/H2B hiring is preferred
• Social Media skills is a plus
• Strong organizational, communication and follow through skills
• Pleasant and warm personality is a must
• Previous experience in Paycom or other comparable HRIS preferred
• Strong experience in Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft products

Physical Requirements

• Requires extended periods of time at computer workstation. Includes ability to listen and speak on the phone.
• Ability to move or lift up to 25 pounds for presentation set ups.
